Project Description

Over 40 years of coating applications were removed from the exterior of this iconic luxury highrise atop  Nob Hill in San Francisco.   Hundreds of concrete  spalls were repaired, some over 18 feet long. Window perimeters were caulked, and in select locations, custom silicone boots were installed at the sills were the original windows were allowing water to the building interior.  With the spalls repaired, and surface voids filled with surface filler,  two coats of  Dow All Gaurd elastomeric coating were applied.
