Jaime Lopez
Project Manager

Jaime may be one of the oldest employees of Urban Waterproofing. Jaime started with Bryant Roofing and Waterproofing, which was acquired by Urban Painting in the early 90s, and became Urban Wateproofing. As such, it’s safe to say Jaime has pretty much seen (and done) it all. An expert caulker, among other things, Jaime was always top of the list for our most challenging projects.

Jaime brings this hands-on experience to his role as Project Manager at Urban Waterproofing, which is proving invaluable. A real triple-threat, Jaime can do the work, run the work, and discuss the work with clients.

When not reviewing budgets and installed repairs, Jaime spends the weekends with his family and friends, and when in season, cheering on his Las Vegas Raiders.
